MOJITO

 

INGREDIENTS

90 ml Cocktail Time Mojito

45 ml White Rum

Top with soda water

 

GARNISH

Mint sprig and lime wedges.

 

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients into an ice filled highball glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and lime wedges.

 


BLOOD ORANGE MOJITO


INGREDIENTS

60 ml Cocktail Time Mojito

45 ml White Rum

45ml SARKLASS Blood OrangeTop with soda water


GARNISH

Mint sprig and Blood Orange Slice


PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients into an ice filled highball glass. Top with soda water.Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and Blood Orange Slice.



STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE MOJITO


INGREDIENTS

60ml Cocktail Time Mojito

30ml White Rum

45ml Strawberry Puree or 5 fresh strawberriesTop with sparkling wine.


GARNISH

Mint sprig and strawberry.


PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients into a crushed ice filled highball glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish.


PIÑA COLADA


INGREDIENTS

120 ml of Cocktail Time Piña Colada

30 ml Rum

1 Cup of Ice


GARNISH

Pineapple Wedge


PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 10 seconds. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.



THAI COLADA


INGREDIENTS

45ml Rum

90ml Cocktail Time Pina Colada

2 Lime Wedges

5 Kaffir Leafs


GARNISH

Kaffir Leaf


PREPARATION

Muddle rum, kaffir lime leaves and limes, add ice and Pina Colada mix. Hard shake, strain into crushed ice filled hurricane glass. Garnish and serve.


LAVA FLOW


INGREDIENTS

60ml Light Rum

1/2 banana       

60ml Cocktail Time Pina Colada

60ml Strawberry Puree


GARNISH

Pineapple Wedge


PREPARATION

Add ice, rum, banana and Pina Colada in blender, blend well. In highball glass add the strawberry puree. Pour the blended mix on top, garnish and serve.

FROZEN MARGARITA


INGREDIENTS

45ml  Tequila

120ml Cocktail Time Margarita


GARNISH

Lime wedge


PREPARATION

Mix tequila with Cocktail Time Margarita Mix, pour into a margarita glass with salted rims. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.


SPICY MANGO MARGARITA


INGREDIENTS

45ml Tequila

60ml Cocktail Time Margarita

60ml Mango Puree

5 Dash Tabasco


GARNISH

Lime wedge


PREPARATION

Blend tequila with Cocktail Time Margarita Mix, mango puree, Tabasco and ice. Pour into a margarita glass with salted rims. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

WATERMELON MINT MARGARITA


INGREDIENTS

45ml  Tequila

45ml Cocktail Time Margarita

90ml or Gr Watermelon

10 Mint Leafs


GARNISH

Mint and Watermelon Slice


PREPARATION

Add mint and tequila in shaker. Muddle well, strain into blender. Blend the tequila and mint mix,  Cocktail Time Margarita Mix, and ice. Pour into a highball glass Garnish and serve.


WHISKEY SOUR


INGREDIENTS

60ml Cocktail Time Sweet & Sour

60ml Whiskey


GARNISH

Lemon Slice and Maraschino Cherry


PREPARATION

Pour all over ice filled whiskey glass. Stir well, garnish and serve.


SHAKEN DAIQUIRI


INGREDIENTS

45ml Rum

120ml Cocktail Time Sweet & Sour


GARNISH

Lime wedge


PREPARATION

Add rum and Cocktail Time Sweet & Sour into ice filled shaker, shake, pour into whiskey glass. Garnish.



CAIPIRINHA


INGREDIENTS

60ml Cocktail Time Sweet & Sour

60ml Cachaca

2 Lime wedges


GARNISH

Lime


PREPARATION

Pour all into ice filled shaker, hard shake and strain over ice into whiskey glass. Garnish and serve.


PISCO SOUR


INGREDIENTS

60ml Cocktail Time Sweet & Sour

60ml Pisco

15ml Egg White


GARNISH

Bitters


PREPARATION

Pour all into ice filled shaker, hard shake and strain over ice into whiskey glass. Garnish and serve.


NEW YORK SOUR


INGREDIENTS

60ml Whiskey

Red Wine


PREPARATION

Pour all over ice filled whiskey glass. Stir well, pour wine on top and serve.
